My Story
My dream did not change.
The delivery method changed.
The question is not whether people will laugh.
The question is whether I will let it stop me.
For years, I believed the answer was a position.
Maybe I needed to become a supervisor.
Maybe I needed to become a director.
Maybe I needed to become an executive leader.
But over time I realized I wasn't chasing authority.
I was chasing impact.
Throughout more than two decades in mental health, human services, leadership, workforce development, and organizational development, I noticed a pattern.
Organizations often focused on managing people, directing people, and controlling people.
Very few intentionally focused on developing leaders.
That realization changed everything.
My mission was never to create followers.
My mission was to create leaders.
The experiences that shaped me were not random.
Psychology taught me people.
Mental health taught me empathy.
Human services taught me systems.
Leadership taught me development.
Administration taught me organizations.
Organizational development taught me how culture and leadership shape outcomes.
Together, those experiences became the foundation of CREATE Leadership™.

Why CREATE Leadership Exists
After more than two decades working in psychology, mental health, human services, workforce development, leadership, public administration, and organizational development, I noticed something that appeared in organization after organization.
Many leaders were taught how to manage people.
Very few were taught how to develop them.
Policies were written.
Processes were improved.
Performance was measured.
But leadership development often became an afterthought.
I realized my passion wasn't simply helping organizations operate more efficiently.
It was helping them build leaders who strengthen teams, inspire trust, and create lasting impact.
That realization became CREATE Leadership™.
